CALL FLOW STORYBOARD
The final course in my Instructional Design program focused on project management. As a four-person team, my classmates and I analyzed the current situation and goals of a fictitious catalog company, identifying both instructional and non-instructional solutions. We chose to address the call center performance for our instructional project and designed an e-learning module agents could complete independently.
